• Air the mattress in direct sunlight for 1-2 days, ensuring both sides face the sun.

• Use a vacuum for dust; avoid excessive force.

• Cotton mattresses may be 7-8 inches shorter on delivery; they expand with use.

• A 1-2 inch size margin is normal after use.

• For sizes above 4ft x 6ft, consider two single mattresses or alternative types like coir or foam.

• Cotton mattresses may form ditches with larger sizes; this is not covered by warranty.

• Use a foam-based fire extinguisher, not water.

• Water damage is permanent and irreversible.

• Flip the mattress weekly and turn it head-to-feet twice a month for best longevity.

Coverage- 

•  Up to 6 months for manufacturing defects, including:

•  Loose stitching

•  Fabric discoloration

•  Cotton clumps (subject to investigation)

•  Mattress size

•  Cotton expansion issues (after 3 months of use)

•  Transport damage (for Pune and PCMC only)

Exclusions- 

•   Physical damage from rough use, vertical storage, or folding

•   Storing heavy items on a rolled mattress

•   Speed breaker formation on the mattress

•   Alterations made outside the authorized factory

•   Size mismatch up to 3 inches
